Deed Reader Pro uses a Machine-Locked license structure similar to AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro.  The license is tied directly to a specific computer, meaning the software can only be used on that particular machine and cannot be transferred to another without deactivation and re-activation.  Upon request, the license can be deactivated and transferred to another machine when a machine or employee is replaced.
